Refund policy

 

TAYSLUXE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:


- We do not offer refunds due to hygiene and health and safety laws.

YOU CAN RETURN WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE.

If you believe there is a fault or error with your item you can apply for a return and exchange, please submit a request via email to SUPPORT@taysluxe.com, information will be requested and then if your return or exchange is approved, you will be provided with a specific address to return the item.

- You have 7 days from the package being marked as received to address any issue you may have with proof, after this we may not be able to assist with an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


- If you experience late delivery, delayed parcel or missed delivery this will not be accepted as a basis for refund.

  • In the circumstance you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment  within a certain amount of days ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED SUCCESSFULLY TO US *Minus the cost for delivery*

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 7-14 working days, please then contact your bank about the transaction. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE! No refunds or exchanges will be permitted!
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SUPPORT@taysluxe.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
