Q. Can I Order a custom wig?
A. Yes, absolutely! To do this please email info@taysluxe.com with your requirements in length, size, density, colour, style...etc and we will get back to you.
Q. Please explain processing times?
A. Please remember that all wigs are machine made to order, therefore processing time and shipping time are not the same thing.
Processing time is the time it takes for me to prepare your order, for wigs this is usually between 7-14 business days, then it is prepared to ship and when that happens you will receive notification that your order is on the way. Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping speed selected at checkout, please also keep in mind that processing can fluctuate based on the season, especially during the holiday seasons like black friday and christmas.
Q. Can I return my items?
A. Due to the nature of the products sold it would be unhygienic for us to accept returns on hair at this current time.
Q. If I am unhappy with something what can I do?
A. Our main goal is to ensure quality, thats why our processing times may seem longer than usual, but If you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased from us and we are at fault, we will be more than happy to work with you to find a suitable and fair solution to fix the issue whilst still upholding our policies. Q. What does the wig customization option include?
A. Your wig will be beached, plucked and styled to your preference or whats displayed in the product image. We cannot honour requests to cut lace prior as each clients hairline is shaped differently and it is impossible to cut accurately based on this.
