To ensure your shopping experience runs as smoothly and stress free as possible, here are the terms and conditions we require all customers to accept when shopping with us -

NOTICE:

Please ensure you read the description of the item you are purchasing in detail and make sure you are selecting the correct options based on your requirements. 

Wig units are NOT shipped fully customised and styled by Taysluxe UNLESS you OPT in for that by adding the “Fully Customise + Style” Add-On to your order! If you do not see this option available this means it has reached full capacity and Tay physically cannot accept any more custom requests. 

Bleach knots add on : IS NOT A CUSTOMISE AND STYLE ADD ON This option is free of charge and means your knots will come lightly bleached to make things easier on you or your stylist. 

For items being shipped to countries outside of the UK it is more This likely that you will receive your unit directly from our supplier warehouse unless you are getting your unit customised or altered by Tay (This is also explained in our shipping policy).

PLEASE REMEMBER ORDER PROCESSING TIMES ARE LONGER DURING SALES: 

Example : if we have a sale running from the 23rd to the 31st that means the next working day all items begin being packed  to ship if they are ready made items, and if they are not and they are custom made then they begin being constructed and customised. 

FAILURE TO READ THEN ACCEPT MEANS YOU WILL BE LIABLE IF ANY ISSUE PERTAINING TO OUR POLICY ARISES.

On the rare occasion that you may be dissatisfied with your experience or purchase TO VOICE ANY CONCERNS, COMPLAINTS, OR FEEDBACK YOU MUST FORMALLY CONTACT VIA EMAIL TO: complaints@taysluxe.com

Replies can take 3-5 business days but, we aim to get back to you with a resolution and help rectify the situation as best suitable. Anything taken to social media platforms such as, twitter, tiktok, facebook etc will be taken as deformation and you may be liable if we choose to handle it legally.
