Before You Shop – Please Read Carefully

At TAYSLUXE, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. To help ensure everything runs seamlessly, we ask that all customers read and agree to the following terms before placing an order:

We require you to read through the following policies thoroughly before checkout:

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE PURCHASING:

  • Read Product Descriptions Carefully: Please ensure you review all product details and select the correct options based on your preferences.
  • Customization Notice: Wig units are not shipped fully customized or styled unless you add the “Fully Customize + Style” add-on to your order. If this add-on is unavailable, it means we have reached full capacity and cannot accept additional custom orders.
  • Bleach Knots Add-On: This is a free option and does not include full customization or styling. It simply means the knots will be lightly bleached for your convenience or your stylist’s.
  • International Shipping: If your order is being shipped outside of the UK and does not require customization by Tay, it may be shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse (this is also detailed in our shipping policy).
  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel or change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, we are unable to offer returns or cancellations once the item is in transit.
  • Raw Hair Orders: Ethically sourced raw hair takes longer to ship than virgin hair due to the meticulous sourcing, cleaning, and wefting process. Raw Hair will get collected, cleaned, wetted and then cleaned again and dried which can take 5-7 working days. After that your hair will be passed on to me and inspected then shipped. As the hair is in its purest form and I only source ethically, it has to undergo a specific process meaning the turnaround time is roughly 11-15 working days especially for longer length, please bare this in mind before placing your order unless, it has been marked as ready to ship.

ORDER STATUS & SHIPPING TIMES:

  • Once your item is marked as shipped, it means we’ve packaged and labelled it for courier pickup, usually the same or next working day. From there, shipping typically takes 24–72 hours, depending on the courier.
  • Sales Period Processing Times: Please allow additional time during sale periods. For example, if a sale runs from the 23rd–31st, ready-made items begin shipping the next working day, while custom units will begin production after that.

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS.

Failure to review and accept our terms and policies will not exempt you from them, and you will be held liable if any related issues arise.

Please note: Any concerns taken directly to public platforms (e.g., TikTok, Twitter, Facebook) without reaching out to us directly will be considered defamation, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.
