PROCESSING TIMES EXPLAINED:
example: you place order on Monday the 1st, depending on the payment method used, once that payment is processed the order begins processing - if that is a wig, the wig begins to be constructed and customised over the next 7-14 working days then it will be sent for shipping.
DURING SALES IT TAKES LONGER DUE TO VOLUME.
 

If you experience [due to the couriers fault]  late delivery, delayed parcel or missed delivery this will not be accepted as a basis for refund.

We do not provide insurance with shipping couriers.
  1. International Orders - you are agreeing that depending on where you live you could be subject to extended delivery times (outside europe) as products are being dispatched from the UK.
  2. Occasionally items are fulfiiled directly from our supplier warehouse with our couriers (fedex, dhl & royal mail). In that case, may be liable to pay local taxes or duties under any customs or import laws and regulations.

All risk of loss / damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises.
