Shipping & Processing Times

If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please allow an additional 7–14 working days before reaching out.

We appreciate your patience as delays can occasionally happen due to courier processing or customs clearance.

PROCESSING TIME EXPLAINED

For example:

If you place an order on Monday the 1st, once your payment is successfully processed, your order enters the processing phase:

  • Wigs: Construction and customization begins and takes 7–14 working days before being dispatched.
  • Raw Hair will get collected, cleaned, wetted and then cleaned again and dried which can take 5-7 working days. After that your hair will be passed on to me and inspected then shipped. As the hair is in its purest form and I only source ethically, it has to undergo a specific process meaning the turnaround time is roughly 11-15 working days especially for longer length, please bare this in mind before placing your order unless, it has been marked as ready to ship.
  • Virgin Bundles / Lace & Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Note: During sales and busy promotional periods, processing times may be extended due to order volume.

  • We offer a 48-hour window for cancellations or change-of-mind requests. After that, all orders are final unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Processing Timeframes

Your order will begin after payment has fully cleared. Processing times vary depending on the method used:

  • Debit / Credit Card: 2–5 working days
  • LayBuy: 3–5 working days
  • Sezzle: 11 working days
  • Klarna & Clearpay: 10–14 working days

These timeframes help us ensure all transactions are secure and protect both you and our business from fraud.

Courier Services Used :

We ship using Royal Mail, FedEx, or DHL. Once your item is marked as “shipped,” it means your order has been:

  1. Packaged and labelled for collection
  2. Scheduled for pick-up same day or next working day
  3. Handed over to the courier to begin transit (typically 24–48 hour delivery)

Example:

If your item is packaged on a Wednesday, it may be collected the same day or Thursday, processed by the courier, and delivered by Friday or Monday, depending on location and service.

Please Note:

  • We do not provide insurance with any courier, unless you have opted in for this at checkout All liability for loss/damage transfers to the customer once the parcel leaves our premises.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or service errors. Refunds cannot be issued for late delivery caused by the courier.
  • International Customers: You may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, and extended delivery times depending on your country.
  • In some cases, items may be fulfilled directly from our supplier warehouse, especially for international orders.
